Детство

Будущий создатель шедевральных тортов появился на свет 13 апреля 1981 года в Киеве. Вскоре их семья переехала в Сочи, где он жил до переезда в Москву в 2002 году. По национальности Ренат – татарин. У него есть старший на 4 года брат Тимур.

С 12 лет на летних каникулах он ходил на кухни ресторанов города и помогал там взбивать яйца, перебирать орехи, выполнять другие поручения, чтобы учиться кулинарным премудростям, наблюдая за работой мастеров.

Трудовая деятельность

В 15 лет вслед за Тимуром он поехал в Краснодар и поступил в кулинарное училище. Одновременно они занимались боксом в Центре олимпийской подготовки ЦСКА. В скором времени братьям пришлось вернуться в Сочи из-за тяжелого состояния отца – у него случился инсульт. Чтобы содержать семью и помочь отцу справиться с болезнью, они пошли работать: Тимур – поваром, а он – кондитером.

В период 1999-2001 гг. Ренат служил в армии. Демобилизовавшись, он продолжил заниматься любимым делом. В 2002-м юноша стал победителем местного чемпионата кондитеров, и понял, что в Сочи достиг потолка. Мечтая развиваться в профессиональном плане и больше зарабатывать, он решил перебраться в Москву.

В том же году братья Агзамовы отправились в столицу. Первое время у них все было ужасно – ни денег, ни знакомых, ни жилья. Им даже приходилось ночевать на Курском вокзале. Но со временем их жизнь наладилась. Вначале Ренат нашел работу в кафе-кондитерской в Китай-городе. Затем он за полгода сменил еще 7 мест работы с целью изучения особенностей и деталей приготовления различных видов блюд.

Получив достаточный опыт, целеустремленный сочинец сумел выиграть кастинг на пост шеф-кондитера популярного ресторана «Ностальжи», где до этого трудились только французы. На этой должности он много экспериментировал с сочетанием ингредиентов блюд, создавая по-настоящему неожиданные варианты десертов: конфеты с чесноком или пивом, мороженое с васаби.

В 2005 году он получил приглашение на работу в сети кондитерских Legato, славившихся широким ассортиментом эксклюзивных шоколадных конфет. Ему пришлось тогда как руководителю осваивать не только новые рецептуры и технологии производства, но и учиться делать технологические и экономические расчеты. Как позже отмечал Ренат, в тот период он приобрел себе первый в его жизни ноутбук.

Затем вместе с двумя компаньонами он создал предприятие «Creative Catering», специализировавшиеся на организации выездных банкетов, фуршетов, барбекю и прочих разновидностях кейтеринг услуг. Проект оказался успешным, окупился за 3 месяца, однако из-за разногласий учредителей вскоре распался.

После этого Агзамов решил, что он готов к созданию собственного дела. В этот период его пригласили в Татарстан для помощи в организации сети кофеен «Шоколад», владелицей которых была дочь главы «Татарстан-банка». По окончании работы он поделился своими планами с отцом девушки, давшим ему мудрый совет – вместо учреждения собственного маленького и неконкурентоспособного производства найти большую и сильную фирму, которая согласилась бы с ним сотрудничать.

В итоге по возвращении в Москву он сумел заинтересовать разработанной серией оригинальных тортов и другими своими идеями руководство гиганта отрасли «Фили Бейкер». В 2006 году была создана фабрика «Фили Бейкер Премиум», где под руководством талантливого кулинара начали выпускать вначале торт «Панчо деревенский», имевший огромный успех, позже – эксклюзивные десерты его авторства.

Наибольшую долю прибыли предприятия (более 90 процентов) приносили заказы свадебных тортов, рецептуру которых он придумывал сам. По количеству выпускаемых изделий лидировали детские торты. На рост популярности творений Рената оказало большое влияние размещение в интернете телеведущей Ксенией Бородиной фотографии заказанного торта вместе со словами благодарности. Через пару дней после этого число подписчиков Агзамова в Instagram, где можно увидеть его работы, выросло в 5 раз.

В четверг, 29 июня, популярный пекарь среди звезд отечественного шоу-бизнеса Ренат Агзамов назовет победителя шоу «Кондитер» на телеканале «Пятница!». Но прежде претенденты отправятся в Сочи, где должны будут получить оценки за свою выпечку от главных любителей сладкого – детей.

Принять участие в шоу «Кондитер » на «Пятнице! » мог любой желающий – достаточно было заполнить анкету на сайте. Суть проекта «Кондитер» с Ренатом Агзамовым в том, что известный творец всего сладкого в поисках себе помощника, которому мог бы доверять в профессиональном плане.

Каждый выпуск проекта на «Пятнице! » (11 и финальный, 12-й эфир) – это три дня испытаний. За это время всякий раз участники должны были показать все, на что способны. Причем площадкой для кондитерских экспериментов являлось реальное производство. Однако, если зрители ожидали увидеть мимимишную передачу, где все просто купаются в сливках, безе и вишенках, то серьезно просчитались. Шоу «Кондитер» – это жуткий стресс, чумовые задания от мастера и безжалостный выбор, кому отправиться домой . При этом сам гуру, пока участники лепят, творят, малюют, обычно, как ошпаренная ракета, носился по кондитерской фабрике и выдавал всем по первое число.

Сколько слез было пролито и нервов потрачено, пока пекари-любители готовили сладости: торт-люстру, декор в виде шоколадных динозавров и дельфинов, гигантскую кондитерскую черепаху Элви , участвовали в создании торта-шедевра для недавнего юбилея Филиппа Киркорова и хоккейного торта для Ильи Ковальчука , мастерили торты для клуба байкеров с шоколадными черепами и в стиле сафари, создавали сладкую копию часов с картины Сальвадора Дали «Постоянство памяти » и украшали заготовку торта фигурками из сказки «Алиса в Стране чудес ».

Теперь же зрителей ждет финал шоу, который прошел в Сочи . За должность правой руки Рената Агзамова боролись Ольга Вашурина, Наталья Берсанова и Никита Ковалык . И мастер уже готов сделать свой выбор, определившись с тем человеком, кто станет частью команды Агзамова.
