  2. While beating, beat the eggs into the mixture. It is best to use a mixer at medium speed for mixing.

    2. Add sugar and salt to the mixture, then mix thoroughly.
    3. Mix the yeast with the sifted flour. Do not neglect sifting - in this case this is a very important point, because it is necessary to saturate the flour with oxygen.
    4. Knead the elastic dough and leave it to rise for half an hour, covering the top with a towel or napkin.
    5. At the same time, start preparing the filling for the pies. Fry the minced meat in a frying pan along with chopped onions, mixing with spices.

  2. Then add sugar and salt with soda. Do not forget to extinguish it with vinegar first, otherwise the donuts will acquire an unpleasant taste and smell.
  3. Beat the resulting mass with a blender until smooth.
  4. Add flour. The main thing is not to overdo it with its quantity - the dough should not become “clogged”.
  5. Cut it into small sausages and then form them into balls.
  6. Lightly roll out the ball and use a glass to make a hole in the middle.
  7. Fry the donuts in a deep fryer or high-sided skillet.
  8. After that, place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  9. Serve the dessert with tea, first sprinkled with powdered sugar.

  • sugar – 1 glass;
  • dry yeast – 1 teaspoon;

  2. Add a small spoon of sugar and a tablespoon of flour. After this, remove the bowl with the mixture for 15 minutes in a warm place.
  3. Knead into a fluffy dough using the remaining ingredients. Leave a little sugar on the berries so that the cheesecakes do not turn out sour.
