To prepare the “Straw” salad with smoked sausage, we will need the products indicated in the list.

Wash the cucumbers, wipe dry, cut into thin and long strips. This can be done manually or using kitchen tools.

+ fresh or canned pineapple – 250 g,
+ mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.,

Preparation
Cut the smoked chicken breast into strips. You can take another part of the chicken, for example a thigh, but you will need to first disassemble it and separate the meat from the bones and skin.
Peel the apple and cut into strips.

Ingredients:
+ hard cheese
+ Salami sausage and raw carrots in equal quantities
+ garlic 1-2 cloves,
+ egg pancakes (4 eggs and 1.5 tablespoons of starch).

Preparation
First, fry the pancakes. To do this: beat eggs with starch, add a pinch of salt. Makes approximately 5 pancakes. We cut the pancakes into strips.

  2. Peel the onions and cut them into half rings. They should be very thin and transparent. Then marinate the onions in a vinegar solution.
  3. Cut the smoked sausage and fresh cucumber lengthwise into strips.
  4. Processed cheese using a Korean carrot grater in three long pieces.
  5. Chop the greens.
  6. Now the final stage, mix all the finished products, add mayonnaise. We also add our favorite spices. Cabbage salad is ready to serve.

Salad with smoked sausage “Straw” may seem too simple, but that’s understandable, because it contains only a few ingredients. More precisely, it is sausage (smoked or like “Salami”, “Cervelat”, fresh cucumbers, as well as boiled eggs and sweet corn. As you can see, everything is really very simple, and the trick of the dish is that the ingredients, except, of course same, corn, cut exactly in the form of straws.
The result is a very impressive and presentable dish that can be prepared both for a family dinner and for a holiday table. Considering that it contains sausage and boiled eggs, it turns out to be moderately satisfying and tasty, and therefore it can be served either as an appetizer or as a main light dish. By the way, I sometimes buy corn frozen and just boil it for snacks or salads.
You can dress the salad with any sauce you want - sour cream, yogurt or mayonnaise. When I prepare this dish, I most often improvise with the sauce; I like to prepare my own unique sauce, to which I can add any spices and finely chopped cilantro, dill, parsley.
This salad can be served at the table either in a large salad bowl or in small portioned plates.

Since the only thermal process is boiling eggs, we will deal with it first. To do this, pour cold water over the eggs, and as soon as the water boils, cook them for 8-10 minutes. Then quickly cool the eggs with cold water, peel and cut into long strips.




Wash the cucumbers and wipe dry. If they are not bitter, then we cut off only both ends and do not peel the skin. Next, cut the cucumbers into neat, thin strips.




We clean the sausage loaf from the packaging film and, like the rest of the ingredients, cut it into long strips.






Place sausage and cucumbers in a salad bowl, add eggs and sweet corn strained from the liquid.




Mix the salad and add the sauce. An important point is to add salt if necessary, since mayonnaise and sausage will give the dish a salty taste.
Place the dish in a salad bowl and serve immediately. It turns out very tasty and beautiful, which can also become a decoration for any table.
