Thoroughly wash the root crop, peel it, dry it by laying it on a napkin or towel and then twist it in a meat grinder with a fine grate.

Wash sweet pepper, remove seeds and grind with a blender.

We combine the twisted hot root with sweet pepper, add pre-pressed garlic, lemon juice, salt, add the indicated amount of sugar and mix everything thoroughly.
