Soy is a controversial product; it has caused so much controversy among nutritionists! First of all, its origin. It seems like only a lazy person didn’t write that you need to buy products marked “does not contain GMOs.”

  7. Place in a preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
  8. Serve hot cookies with tea.

The cookies turn out soft, crumbly, only 8 cookies, 40 g each.

There are variations in the baking process for the cookies, but I bake them regularly because I like the soy flavor and the recipe is very simple.

One day I was in a hurry and placed the baking dish not on the top rack of the oven, but on the middle one. And after 15 minutes I realized that the cookies were getting very brown on the bottom. Then I took them out, put them on a plate and baked them in the microwave, in microwave mode for exactly 3 minutes.
