The easiest recipe for me when it comes to baking for tea is the manna recipe. Typically, semolina is used for it, which must first swell in kefir. How will manna turn out if you don’t just soak the cereal in kefir, but cook it in milk and sugar? Interesting? Then let's cook.

For semolina porridge cake you need the following Ingredients:

- ready-made sweet semolina porridge – 1 cup (cup volume 300 ml)
- eggs – 2 pieces
- sugar – 3 tablespoons
- baking soda, quenched with vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- chocolate chips – 50 grams (you can replace them with raisins, candied fruits, poppy seeds, peanuts, or add nothing at all)
- flour – 1.5 cups

Recipe difficulty: easily.

Cooking time: no more than 50 minutes.

Progress:

It's very simple: beat eggs and three tablespoons of sugar. I used a mixer at this stage.


The mass should simply be homogeneous, no stable peaks or snowy whiteness.

  1. First add the egg yolks into the remaining semolina porridge and mix. Beat the whites until they form a thick foam and add them to the porridge as well. At your discretion, add chocolate, nuts, or any jam to the pudding.
  2. Pour the resulting mass into a mold and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for forty minutes.
