Ingredients: 120 g of juicy quality crab sticks, a full jar of canned corn kernels, cucumber (fresh), bunch of dill (fresh), 220 g of white cabbage, 3-4 tbsp. spoons of light mayonnaise, table salt.

  1. First, sticks cut into large strips are sent into a bowl. Medium slices of fresh cucumber are also immediately sent there. If desired, you can cut off the hard dark skin from it.
  2. The cabbage is chopped very finely with a sharp knife. To soften the vegetable, you should knead it thoroughly with your hands.
  3. The dill is washed well, gets rid of excess moisture and finely chopped.
  4. All components from the previous steps are combined in a capacious container. Corn kernels without liquid are poured onto them.

The appetizer is salted and generously coated with sauce.

With crab meat and mushrooms

Ingredients: 230 g frozen champignons, 2 pre-cooked chicken eggs until the yolk is frozen, 300 g crab meat, a small head of onion, table salt, sauce.
