Coarsely grate hard cheese and take parsley, dill or basil. Grind it all in a blender. The result is a fine-grained cheese with the taste and aroma of greenery, which will melt into the pasta in seconds.

  • 4 – 5 chicken breasts;
  • 4 – 6 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. fat milk;
  • 50 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil;
  • 3 tbsp. l. sifted flour;
  • 100 g medium fat sour cream;
  • 400 g pasta;
  • salt and vegetable oil for frying.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken breast meat into small cubes. Chop the garlic in the same way.
  2. Fry the chicken in hot oil until lightened. Add garlic cubes.
  3. Add flour, sun-dried tomatoes and a couple of large spoons of their oil. Mix the products.
  4. Pour in the cream, add sour cream and salt. You can use your favorite spices.
  5. Reduce heat as much as possible and simmer the sauce over low heat until desired thickness.
  6. Cook the pasta and add it to the pan with the chicken. Stir and leave the dish on the fire for 1 minute.

  • 300 g fresh champignons;

  • 1 standard pack of spaghetti.

Preparation:

  1. Immediately cook spaghetti according to package instructions until done.
  2. Fry small pieces of onion with slices of peeled champignons. Cook the ingredients until all the liquid released from the mushrooms has evaporated from the pan.
  3. Add small pieces of meat fillet to the frying. Salt the mixture and sprinkle with basil. Fry for 5 – 6 minutes.
  4. Pour cream over everything, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 17 - 20 minutes.
  5. Add the cheese, wait until it is completely melted and transfer the spaghetti to the pan. Cook the mixture for another 3 – 4 minutes.
  6. Divide the dish into portions. Serve with fresh vegetables.

Chicken pasta with creamy tomato sauce

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken thighs;
  • 400 g fettuccine;
  • 1 tbsp. medium fat cream;
  • 400 g tomatoes in their own juice;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 2 sweet peppers;
  • salt;
  • fat for frying.

Preparation:

  1. Cook fettuccine until done.
  2. Remove all bones from chicken thighs. Fry the remaining parts until golden and cooked in any fat. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Fry small onion cubes in the remaining chicken fat.
  4. Add the pepper pieces and cook the ingredients together for 7 - 8 minutes.
  5. Grind the tomatoes along with the liquid from the jar in a blender and place in a frying pan.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g spaghetti;
  • 200 g chicken fillet;
  • 1 head of garlic;
  • 1 bunch of fresh green onions;
  • 2 tbsp. l. flour;
  • 100 g very fat sour cream;
  • 100 ml chicken broth;
  • salt;
  • oil;
  • dill.

Preparation:

  1. In separate pans, cook spaghetti and chicken fillet. Leave the broth from the meat.
  2. Heat oil in the bowl of the appliance and fry pieces of boiled chicken in it. Add salt.
  3. Mix flour with sour cream and broth. Add salt.
  4. Add chopped dill to the sauce to taste and pour it over the chicken.
  5. Activate the extinguishing mode for 20 minutes.
  6. Place the prepared pasta on plates and distribute the chicken pieces in sour cream sauce on top.
